Peachtree Dermatology Associates hired Wilson, Hull & Neal to represent them in their relocation from the Piedmont Hospital area (2001 Peachtree Road Medical complex), into a location that would allow PDA employees and their clients easy access to Atlanta's vast interstate systems, without the major congestion that is associated with the Buckhead/Piedmont hospital area.  Initially, PDA was concerned about relocating out of eye sight of the hospital after operating out of the same facility for over 15 years. Potential submarket opportunities included Buckhead, Midtown and the Crawford Long hospital area.
 

After previewing both existing medical facilities and more traditional office buildings, while simultaneously looking into employee and patient commutes, it was ultimately decided that the West Buckhead area, although not directly adjacent to Piedmont Hospital, provided PDA with everything the practice required. 

PDA entered into a long term lease with Ronus Properties at the Forum/Borghese complex located on Northside Parkway south of West Paces Ferry Road. The Forum/Borghese complex allowed PDA the ability to remain in close proximity to both their client and employee base thereby retaining 100% of both vital components.  Additionally PDA was afforded the opportunity to move into a class A facility not available at their previous location, and remain within their required budget.
